If you needed a new way to eat eggs and toast I have you covered here. The weekend is generally the only time I have to think up creative breakfast ideas seeing as I commute an hour to and from work during the week. This one isn’t quite revolutionary, but it is one that I only recently discovered and is slowly becoming a weekend morning breakfast staple. It’s pretty much as simple as cooking regular eggs and toast but is just slightly more interesting.
I never really liked gnocchi until a few years ago, and now I can’t seem to get enough of it! You can’t really go wrong with these little round balls of potato goodness, they go well with almost everything! I especially like them with pesto and spinach. I tried this recipe using cheese and marinara and it was oh so delicious. I unfortunately had to use store bought marinara as I was out of my usual homemade marinara and didn’t realize until last minute. Whoopsies! Next time I would definitely use real home made marinara as it certainly makes a difference in flavour. Still delicious regardless! 🙂
PB&J totally reminds me of elementary school. I always used to look forward to lunch time when I pulled out my PB&J sandwich from my lunch box. Naturally, I was looking forward to eating these cookies while they were baking away in the oven! I used Blackberry jam that my mom made (Way better than store bought jam) which gave these cookies an extra delightful touch!
