Sometimes when you are having a rough day, there is nothing better to end your night than a delicious alcoholic beverage. Now I’m no mix master, but I’d say this drink was pretty delish!
Looking for a side dish to accompany your summer meal? Well look no further! Try THIS!! Holy Moly did you ever think a side dish could be this easy! Also there are only three whole ingredients. I have always been a huge fan of beets because they are absolutely packed with nourishing goodness!
Mmmmmmmm fresh corn season? WOOHOO!! Nothing better than corn on the cob from silver rill! Too bad that doesn’t come for another month… Darn. In the meantime I picked up some fresh corn from our local produce shop and it wasn’t too bad! This is one of my fav summer quinoa salad recipes as it is super easy to make, and even easier to eat. AND it’s healthy! I think that’s a win win win for me (and you!)
BLUEBERRIES ARE ON SALE!!! Woohoo 5 pounds for $9.99, what more could a girl ask for! Oh yeah, blueberry muffins 🙂 I got these super cool silicone muffin formers from Chintz and Company and have been DYING to try them out. These are by far the best blueberry muffin recipe ever that I adapted from “The Best of The Best and more” cookboo.
This is an extremely simple way to impress your friends. The perfect way to dress up a salad, or a quick and easy gift to give your friends.Rosemary infused olive oil! How cool is that!
Sorry lovelies, I have had to postpone my blog posts due to some kitchen renos, but hope to be providing you with some new delicious creations very soon! In the mean time, here are some of the fruits and veggies that are growing in my backyard!
I saw this recipe on pinterest and got super excited because who doesn’t like bagels and chocolate! It took about 3 hours to make them start o finish but it was quite fun and I would definitely do it again!
This recipe is especially great if you are a chocolate lover!
I don’t know what it is about summer, but I always love having fresh fruit smoothies for breakfast! Here are a couple of my favs!
So it was my birthday a week ago and I turned a solid 22! In lieu of my belated bithday, my friend took me out for breakfast at this lovely little place called Jam cafe. Everything on the menu looked absolutely delish! I was having a hard time choosing between the brioche french toast, and the red velvet pancakes. (Yes I have a huuge sweet tooth!)
Needless to say I went with the red velvet pancakes and was not disappointed!
